"From sales though to the installers, Solahart at Coolum are professional and friendly. I was so impressed by the installation crews manners, workmanship, speed and cleanliness, I rang the salesman to pass on my impression. I look after installation teams myself and would feel very comfortable having them work for me, given the way the treated me, the customer, my house and my nosey dog. An issue arose with my ancient hot water system, which was required to be moved, but was found to have no life left in her. A simple round of calls with your great sales team and James had a replacement fitted that afternoon. All up we were without power for only 30 minutes and water for a little longer, but I had a hot shower that night. You earned the 5 stars. Thank you."
