Customer Review: Solar Install for Leslie from Mooloolaba

"Pleasantly surprised when I got the call saying the unit could be installed 4 days early, spoke to the installer by phone and he projected a pleasant and knowledgeable persona, the tenant later in the day advised they had finished and they had hot water. I will not get to see the finished job till next week as we live a couple of hours away. The only disappointing part was that my son recently had 2 Solarhart units replaced in Caloundra for much less. We also removed the old unit, so you were not required to attend to that and because of poor workmanship when fitting the temporary unit we had a major leak, during a heavy rain period resulting in one bedroom being uninhabitable for 6 months while the insurance company repaired the ceilings, walls, and carpet during Covid. How do you give 0.5 Stars as the only disappointment to date is the price which I would not have known except for my son's job?"
