"Dear Solahart The experience overall was excellent. Sales process was very easy and well explained. The preparation was well organised as I was contacted prior to the installation itself and I felt well prepared for the installation. As for installation, it was not simple as the proposed location was not suitable, and it took some time for the appropriate location to be found. Maybe this is standard, and it works for your service as a whole, I am not sure. My roof already had a 10kW PV solar system on it, which probably reduced the suitable spots for your hot water system. As such, maybe for some installations a pre-install site inspection is necessary. In the end though, the unit was installed as promised and the hot water is flowing. Regards Richard"
